VAT: physiotherapy, rehabilitation, therapeutic massage and lymphatic drainage are VAT-exempt. Relaxing and sports massage, elderly care, concierge services and assisted outings are priced net + 23% VAT (the gross price is shown); for relaxing and sports massage 23% VAT is also added to the travel fee. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment. If a package is ended early, the visits already used are charged at single-visit prices and the rest is refunded. No referral is needed. Prices are for information only and do not constitute an offer under the Polish Civil Code. Payment by cash, card or BLIK.

Is a home or hotel visit more expensive?
The treatment price is the same as at the clinic. Only the travel fee is added: 30 PLN in Nowy Targ and from 50 PLN elsewhere.
How can I pay?
Cash (PLN), payment card or BLIK - at the clinic and during home visits.
Can I cancel or reschedule a visit?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment, by phone or text message. A package visit cancelled later is counted as used, except in case of sudden illness or hospitalisation.
