In short

neurorehab.pl offers home physiotherapy across the Nowy Targ district (powiat nowotarski) and the Tatra district (powiat tatrzański), including Zakopane. A 60-minute home visit costs the same as at the clinic - 160 PLN for orthopaedic or senior rehabilitation and 180 PLN for neurological rehabilitation - plus a travel fee of 30 PLN in Nowy Targ or from 50 PLN elsewhere. No referral is needed.

Who it is for

What a home visit includes

The first visit includes an interview, a functional assessment and a treatment plan. We practise walking, getting up, using stairs and the bathroom in the patient's real environment, and show family members how to help safely. We bring a portable table and exercise equipment.

Family abroad?

Many families from Podhale live abroad and look for help for parents or grandparents at home. You can arrange visits by phone. With the patient's consent, we can keep the family informed about progress. If your parent also needs daily help at home, see elderly care for families abroad.

Questions and answers

Do you need a referral for home physiotherapy?

No. Visits are private and do not require a referral, although medical documents and hospital discharge notes are very helpful.

Can I book home physiotherapy for my parent while I live abroad?

Yes. Bookings are made by phone, and with the patient's consent we can share information about progress with the family.

Do you speak English?

Our team works mainly in Polish. When booking, tell us which language you prefer and we will do our best to help.
